Recipe Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked, drained red kidney or pink beans or one 16-oz. can, drained

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked, drained macaroni

  • 1/4 cup each chopped celery and green pepper

  • 2 tablespoons each minced onion and parsley

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed oregano

  • Dash pepper

  • Herb Dressing

  • Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Toss together all ingredients except Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle generously with Parmesan cheese. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

HERB DRESSING:

Combine 1/3 cup white wine vinegar, 1/4 cup olive oil, 1/2 teaspoon each sugar and salt, 1/8 teaspoon each crushed oregano and marjoram and dash pepper; mix well. Makes about 1/2 cup.
