Project Description
Ingredients:
1 cup cooked butter beans (large white lima beans)
1 cup fire roasted corn
1 cup sliced and diced grape tomatoes
¼ cup diced onion
¼ cup diced green pepper
¼ cup chopped cilantro
1 serrano pepper, sliced or seeded and diced
1 lime, juiced
Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, enjoy with chips.
