Project Description

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cooked butter beans (large white lima beans)

  • 1 cup fire roasted corn

  • 1 cup sliced and diced grape tomatoes

  • ¼ cup diced onion

  • ¼ cup diced green pepper

  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro

  • 1 serrano pepper, sliced or seeded and diced

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a bowl and mix together, enjoy with chips.
