Recipe Ingredients:
1 can (14.5oz) green beans
2 cups cooked kidney beans
2 cups cooked garbanzo beans
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper (you can use green)
1 cup chopped sweet onion
Dressing:
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3-cup extra virgin olive oil
2/3-cup apple cider vinegar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Make dressing.
For the dressing:
Mix all ingredients with a whisk to combine.
Mix dressing with bean mixture. Chill in refrigerator.
