tuna bean salad

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 5 oz. can tuna, drained

  • 1 cup black beans, cooked

  • 1 cup white beans, cooked

  • 1/2 cup Tomato, chopped

  • 2 1/2 cup Red Bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped

  • 1/4-cup olive oil (less if you prefer)

  • 3 Tbsp. lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Handful of lettuce, chopped

  • Small flour tortillas

Instructions

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. You can serve it in a tortilla for a wrap.
